This sweepstakes is sponsored by eMatchPhysicians, 30025 Alicia Parkway, Suite 156, Laguna Niguel, CA, 92677, which is owned and operated by MedMatcher, Inc. ( "Sponsor "). Sweepstakes is void where prohibited. By entering, each entrant accepts and agrees to be bound by these sweepstakes rules.

HOW TO ENTER: No purchase necessary to enter or win. The sweepstakes begins on December 1, 2008 at 12:01 a.m. PST and ends on March 31, 2009 at 11:59 p.m. PST (the "Entry Period "). Enter this sweepstakes by visiting http://www.ematchphysicians.com/sweepstakes, during the Entry Period and registering for the eMatchPhysicians service. Each physician that registers during the Entry Period will be automatically entered into this sweepstakes. There is no fee to register. Current eMatchPhysicians users can also enter by visiting the URL above and following the instructions there. Additional entries can be gained for each successful registrant referred by a participating physician. This referral will be determined solely by the question in registration that prompts physicians to list the name of the friend that referred them.

All entries become the property of Sponsor, and Sponsor reserves the right to use any information submitted by entrants. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, illegible, misdirected or mutilated entries, including due to transmission, technical, and/or network failures of any kind, including, without limitation, malfunctioning of any hardware or software (whether originating with sender or Sponsor), telephonic failures, human error, or any other error or malfunction. The authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted at time of registration will be considered the entrant. An "authorized account holder " shall mean the natural person assigned to such e-mail account by the Internet access provider, online service provider, or other organization responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with such e-mail account. Potential winners may be requested to provide proof that he or she is the authorized account holder of the e-mail address associated with a winning entry.

Entrants agree not to upload post or transmit any materials which contain any computer viruses, Easter eggs, worms, Trojan Horses or other harmful component or programming routines that are intended to damage, detrimentally interfere with, surreptitiously intercept or expropriate any system, data or personal information. Any attempt to deliberately damage any web site or undermine the operation of the promotion is a violation of criminal and civil laws, and Sponsors reserve the right to seek damages from any person who makes such attempt(s).

Entry materials that have been tampered with or altered are void. Any questions regarding the number of physicians referred by an individual or the authorized account holder of an e-mail address shall be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion, and Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entries by persons determined to be tampering with or abusing any aspect of the promotion.

ELIGIBILITY: This sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the United States, 21 years of age or older at time of entry. Residents of Rhode Island are not eligible for this sweepstakes. Entrants must have Internet access as of November 24, 2008. You must be the registered subscriber of the e-mail account by which the entry is made prior to November 24, 2008. Employees of Sponsor and each of their parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, divisions, advertising and promotion agencies, and immediate family members or persons living in the same households of such individuals are not eligible to participate in this sweepstakes. Current physician users of the eMatchPhysicians website, as listed above, are eligible, as are all other physician entrants who enter in accordance with these rules.

PRIZE: One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded. The Grand Prize will include a 5-Day Caribbean Cruise for two. One (1) 1st Place Prize will be awarded. The 1st Place Prize will include a 2.1 GHz, 13-inch Apple MacBook. One (1) 2nd Place Prize will be awarded. The 2nd Place Prize includes an 8 GB Apple iPod Touch. One (1) 3rd Place Prize will be awarded. The 3rd Place Prize is a $500.00 Target gift card. One (1) 4th Place Prize will be awarded. The 4th Place Prize is a $100.00 Regal Entertainment gift card. Winner must be eighteen (18) years of age or older. All prizes and prize components may not be exchanged or redeemed for cash, sold, or traded. No prize transfer, assignment, or substitution by Winner is permitted. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize, in which case a prize of equal or greater value will be awarded. The Grand Prize value is $1,200. The 1st Place Prize value is $999.00. The 2nd Place Prize value is $299.00. The 3rd Place Prize value is $200.00. The 4th Place Prize value is $100.00.

DRAWING: One (1) Grand Prize Winner will be selected by random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. Odds of winning depend upon the number of eligible entries received. Winner will be notified by e-mail. In the event that any prize notification e-mail is returned as undeliverable, or if any attempted notification is not successful within seven (7) days, the prize will be forfeited and Sponsor reserves the right to randomly select an alternate winner from among the remaining eligible entries.

CONDITIONS OF ACCEPTANCE OF PRIZE: Winner must continue to comply with all terms and conditions of these Official Rules, and winning is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements. Driver’s license or other appropriate picture identification is required to claim a prize. Winner is subject to verification by Sponsor, whose decisions are final and binding in all matters related to the sweepstakes. An entrant is not a winner of any prize unless and until entrant’s eligibility has been verified and entrant has been notified that verification is complete. In the event that a winner is determined to be ineligible, the prize will be forfeited and Sponsor reserves the right to randomly select an alternate winner from among the remaining eligible entries.

Winner will be required to execute and return to Sponsor a release and affidavit of eligibility (except where prohibited) within fourteen (14) days of notice of winning. In the event that Winner fails to execute and return a release and affidavit of eligibility (except where prohibited) within fourteen (14) days of notice of winning, the Grand Prize may be forfeited and Sponsor may randomly select an alternate winner from among the remaining eligible entries.

Winner will be solely responsible for any and all local, state, and federal taxes. Sponsors will report any individual winnings over $600 (in cash or fair market value of goods or services) in a one year period to the Internal Revenue Service. Winner will receive a Form 1099 from Sponsors if Sponsors report any winnings to the Internal Revenue Service. Prizes may not be exchanged for cash or any other consideration.

Winner agrees to the use of his/her name and likeness in publicity without any additional compensation (except where prohibited). By entering this sweepstakes, Winner acknowledges that Sponsor has the right to publicize, by any medium, Winner’s name, voice, and likeness, the fact that Winner won, and all matters incidental thereto.

LIMITATION ON LIABILITY: By entering this sweepstakes, each entrant forever discharges, releases, and holds harmless Sponsor and each of its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, and each of their respective directors, officers, employees, and agents from any and all liability, claims, losses, damages, causes of action, suits, and demands of any kind arising from or in connection with the sweepstakes, including, without limitation, responsibility for property damage, loss of life, or personal injury resulting from or in connection with participating in the sweepstakes or from or in connection with use or receipt of any prize, however caused.

SPONSOR’S RESERVATION OF RIGHTS: These Official Rules are subject to modification by Sponsor. In the event of a dispute, all decisions made by Sponsor are final and binding. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any person who tampers with or abuses the entry process, or who otherwise acts in violation of these Official Rules. Sponsor further reserve the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, or modify this sweepstakes if, for any reason, the sweepstakes is not capable of completion as planned, including due to force majeure or non-authorized human intervention that compromises or affects the administration, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of the sweepstakes.

WINNERS LIST: For the name of Winner, after March 31, 2009, send a self-addressed stamped envelope to: Sweepstakes @ eMatchPhysicians, 30025 Alicia Parkway, Suite 156, Laguna Niguel, CA 92677, and include the text: EMATCHPHYSICIANS "JOB SEARCH KICKOFF " SWEEPSTAKES. Requests received more than sixty (60) days after March 31, 2009, will not be honored.
