eMatchPhysicians values these relationships by giving physician search firms access to view and contact physicians who have requested third party assistance. Physicians are also able to contact your firm about physician jobs via specialty profiles which highlight a variety of available positions within their specialty. Finally, hiring organizations have access to research every participating search firm should a physician job search needing extra time and attention arise.
Most firms rely heavily on the internet to source physicians and discover new means of advertising. eMatchPhysicians allows you to execute both and enhance your search results with ease. Though eMatchPhysicians is most known for extensive matching capabilities between hiring organizations and physicians, we are pleased to offer a unique and attractive package for firms to benefit as well.
As a registered user you will be prompted to create specialty profiles that allow the advertisement of several practice opportunities. If you have physician jobs in Radiology, Orthopedic Surgery and Urology, you may wish to create three profiles. When a physician within one of those specialties conducts a search allowing firms, your corresponding specialty profile will appear in their search results allowing them to browse all of your positions at once. You will also have access to search all physicians within your specialty groups who have requested third party assistance. We highlight all active search firms in our resource directory where physicians can research your firm in more detail and contact you appropriately. Hiring organizations, firms and physicians can now connect more easily than ever via eMatchPhysicians.
