Are there discounts for signing up for several specialty profiles versus just one?

Yes! If you sign up for unlimited access, the price per search drops tremendously.  We encourage unlimited access so that you may add and take away positions as often as necessary without hassle.

If I am experiencing technical difficulties, who can I contact for support?

Go to the “Contact Us” link on the top right of your screen and you will have several options for support, from telephone support to email support to instant chat (coming soon)! Maintenance needs to be performed from time to time but will be kept to a minimum and implemented during non-peak hours whenever possible. You will be alerted upon logging in.
